Complete wheel housing assemblies — #304 stainless steel housing plus a polyurethane ABEC 5 bearing wheel — sold as a pair with the mounting hardware included. This is the full assembly, for when the housing itself is cracked, bent, or has torn away from the bag, not just the wheel.

Why #304 specifically
The specification calls for 304 stainless, not plated mild steel, and the reason shows up two years in. On a bag that lives on wet decks, in cargo holds and on salted tarmac, a plated housing rusts outward from the fastener holes and eventually takes the mounting points with it — and by then the damage is to the bag, not just the part. 304 is the grade that holds up to the salt water resistance PD-20-01 requires of the whole assembly.
