Return Policy
If a product isn't right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery — provided it is unused and in original, resalable condition.
Used items cannot be returned. Once a product has been worn, carried, loaded, or taken into the field, it is no longer eligible for return.
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging, including any hardware or accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Used items — anything worn, carried, loaded, laundered, or taken into the field
- Items with tags removed
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items damaged, altered, or modified after delivery
- Items missing original packaging, hardware, or accessories
- Final-sale, clearance, or custom items
Condition is assessed on arrival. Whether a returned item qualifies as unused and resalable is determined by Halford Gear at our sole discretion. Items that arrive used or not in resalable condition may be refused and returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
How to return an item
- Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.
- Ship the item back unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Once we inspect and approve it, we issue your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds, exchanges, and shipping
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days of inspection, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error or a warranty claim. For exchanges, place a new order and return the original item under this policy.
