Replacement Wheels for Deployment Bags — Ball Bearing, Pair
Replacement polyurethane wheels with ABEC 5 bearings for wheeled deployment and loadout bags, sold as a pair with the mounting hardware included. When the wheels go, the bag stops being wheeled luggage and starts being a very heavy duffel — but the bag itself is usually fine. This is the inexpensive fix.

Built to the wheel dimensions in the USMC collapsible deployment bag purchase description, PD-20-01 §3.3.5.1.1. Measure yours against these before ordering:

Fitment
Fits Halford deployment bags and other wheeled loadout bags using stainless steel corner wheel housings with replaceable wheels — including Force Protector Gear Deployer® bags and USMC-issue wheeled deployment bags built to the same pattern.
If your bag has a stainless housing at each rear corner with a wheel that can be driven out, and the wheel measures about 3 inches across, these fit. Not sure? Email us a photo of the housing and we'll tell you before you order.

Field replacement
Replaceable in the field with a Phillips screwdriver and a 3/8" wrench. No shop, no rivets, nothing to send away — PD-20-01 requires the bag to be field repairable with minimal tools, and this is the part that makes that true.
