Deployment Load Out Bag
A wheeled deployment bag built to the Marine Corps purchase description, that folds flat to six inches when you're not using it. Made in the USA, NSN 8465-01-603-6613, and built so the parts that wear out can be replaced in the field instead of retiring the bag.
The problem with a hard case is that an empty one still takes the same space in a locker, a truck bed or a conex. The problem with a duffel is that nothing inside it stays where you put it. This is the middle answer: a 360° closed-cell foam structure that holds its shape loaded, then collapses to a six-inch slab empty.

What the specification requires it to survive
PD-20-01 requires resistance to petroleum, oils and lubricants, corrosion, fungus, insect repellent (DEET) and salt water — and that the bag not interfere with fielded ballistic protection, individual equipment, uniforms or weapons. That last one is why the six-panel geometry is what it is.
Handles and towing
Four grab handle assemblies, one on every side, built from 2" and 1" nylon webbing so the bag can be lifted by two people from any orientation — out of a truck bed, off a pallet, through a hatch.
The pull handle sits low on the pull end and carries a black silicone rubber grip (ASTM D2000-FE, commercial grade, 60 ±5 durometer) sleeved over the webbing, because a loaded 100 lb bag on a webbing strap cuts into your hand within about fifty yards.
The detail that gets missed: a hook-and-loop pull handle holder on the top grab handle captures the rubber pull handle, so the two lock together and tow as a single handle. Engaged, you pull from a natural height instead of stooping.

Serviceable — and we stock the wear parts
The specification itself calls for the bag to be field repairable with a minimal need for tools and spare parts. Most sellers ignore the second half of that. We don't:
- Replacement polyurethane ABEC 5 wheels (pair)
- #304 stainless steel wheel housing assemblies, complete (pair)
- Injection molded PVC runners (pair)
Those parts also fit Force Protector Gear Deployer® and other stainless-housing wheeled deployment bags built to the same pattern — so if you already own one of those, you can service it here.
